Lasik Dr. Hartzell great! Still either really great or substandard - no in between. Eyes ear a difficult subject for me. Some providers very sympathetic. Others don't get it.

The secretary that checked us in did not know how to do care credit. She was very unprofessional about it! And had a long personal conversation in front of us. We almost went somewhere else for Lasik.
