I was nervous about my first surgery but EVERYBODY!!! helped me relax for that visit, so much so, that the second was a breeze!! I use to work at EVAN and I met some "old" co-workers at the time of my surgeries. They helped me relax there. Jokes, laughter and kind treatments. You have working "good" people working in surgery

The day before surgery we received GERCB and Eye Center approval for 36 months payment, paying with no interest minutes before surgery. We were informed the 24 months plan was not an option. This caused a very uncomfortable situation - and privately discussing this with my wife - We consented to the "No Notice" change...

This situation nearly caused us to cancel the procedure

PS. Dr. Hartzell & staff were otherwise, exceptional.
