Dr. Philip Brodak, MD

Dr. Brodak, a licensed physician in California, presently works as a Partner at Tri Valley Urology Medical Group, a position he has held for the last 14 years.  Before this, he worked for two years under Dr. John R. Piconi and before that at the VA Hospital and at Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group.

Dr. Brodak completed his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Biology, at Gannon University.  He went on to finish medical school at Hahnemann University School of Medicine, and then completed a medical internship at Case Western Reserve University Hospital.  After this, he completed a general surgery residence as well as a urology residence at the University of California San Diego Medical Center.

He has standing hospital privileges at four hospitals in California and is a member of the American Urological Association, a Diplomat with the National Board of Medical Examiners, and a Fellow with the American College of Surgeons.  Dr. Brodak is also certified through the American Board of Urology.

Dr. Brodak has been a part of a variety of clinical research with a focus on bladder and urinary incontinence, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, overactive bladder, and erectile dysfunction.
