Dr. Sreenivas Vemulapalli, MD

Dr. Sreenivas Vemulapalli has worked for the last five years as a partner at Tri Valley Urology Medical Group.  Currently licensed in both Oklahoma and California, he received a combined B.S./M.D. from Kent State University and went on to complete medical school at Northeastern Ohio Medical University.   He completed residency with specialization in general surgery and urologic surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical School, Northwestern University Medical School and University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.  Dr. Vemulapalli also worked as a Fellow in urologic oncology at the University of California at Los Angeles and completed a year of research in pediatric urology at Harvard Medical School.

Before his most current appointment as Partner, Dr. Vemulapalli worked for three years as a Chief in the section of Urologic Oncology and as an Assistant Professor at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. 

At present, he is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Society of Urologic Oncology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and Endourological Society. He also is a member of the American Association of Clinical Urologists and the American Urological Association.  He has hospital privileges at five hospitals across California.

Dr. Vemulapalli worked as a participating investigator in a variety of clinical research related to prostate cancer, urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and bladder cancer.
