Waiting time has been a big concern for me. 4 hours or more at least for every visit. Lots of visits technicians do not even call back sometimes. I have to call the front desk again and again same with schedules also.

Waiting room very noisy and check-in staff talks loud. There are conflicting directions post-op: take Percocet (Tanya), just ibuprofen (OR person). Meghan left practice, and I made 2 calls no one returned.
