Dr. Paul Moyer completed his undergraduate degree at Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Kentucky. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his internship at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio and his ophthalmology residency at the University of Cincinnati. He completed a fellowship and advanced training in cataract surgery at the Cincinnati Eye Institute.

Dr. Moyer is affiliated with the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Moyer has contributed to research in the fields of wound healing after eye surgery. He has published works in Cataract Surgery in Complicated Cases, Differentiation, and the American Journal of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Moyer specializes in General Ophthalmology, Cataract Surgery and Advanced Intraocular Lens Implantation.
