My mother and her family are very satisfied with everything except sometimes on her hall way there is only one CNA. It is very difficult for her to take care of all her patients at supper time and bath time. There are good but it is quite hard on them.

My most pressing concern is the shortage of CAN’s.
Diana Mc Car lay and Yolanda Washington on hall 4 are excellent and I never worry about mother’s care when they are working. Unfortunately, they aren’t always on duty. Other times, I arrive and see they are.

Hairs nets are a joke in our kitchen, many ladies enter there with hair not under a net and down to their waist.
The blood pressure we get is all too often taken by the little wrist, it's cheap. I don’t at all ever believe that is a correct test and bit wise there of equip.

Pay closer attention to the amount of bags or other equipment needed to change the bags, towel or other needed items make sure there is one clean towel and wash rag plus soap. Please don’t neglect to change bags. They have been broken at times. Most service is acceptable.

Nurse aids are too loved in the halls. They seem to be short staffed. Some could use a little more compassion in dialing with Patients. Need another "pit and stand". One is not enough for the whole facility.

Not satisfied with bingo/ wish they did more new things in therapy instead of puzzles and baking / aids take too long / it's too noisy / wishes we had more vegetarian options / very clean but hall 100 smells like urine.

Wishes therapy department ( especially OT) would talk to residents and listen to them and not ignore during therapy. She said the therapists acted like they were better than her, they seemed to play favorites.
