Restroom in residents room is always very dirty. Storing odor. Isidro’s, Wheelchair is always dirty need to be cleaned. More often CAN’s need to be available when needed. Finance department needs to communicate with family member. Needs to return phone calls or e-mails. Also if the resident needs to make apartment. It needs to be sent at the time that member ask them to send it. And not forge.
Spoke to Irma she states’ that rest room seat is wet with urine. During the hours of 2-5 pm when relatives visit resident very strong odor and floor is wet at times wheelchair has food stuck on it.
