(Mary Logan)Has fell a number of times and feels like we can make her more safe if we use a seat belt in her wheelchair. Would like us to feed her grilled cheese when she won’t eat. She will eat those.

(Lorine Bray) Said she is not happy that we are not allowed to put a seat belt on Ms. Bray to keep her from falling out of her wheelchair. Feels she is unsafe in her wheelchair.
