I feel I'm staying in a boutique hotel. The food is outstanding - really!!! "Good restaurant" quality. I stayed here last winter and was stunned at the level of patient care and the food is spectacular.

Sophia is awesome. Randy and Greta are excellent. Carmen, Faye, Pat, Melissa are excellent. A lot of the nurses are really good looking, except for the guys.

Balboa Nursing & Rehab is the best place I've ever attended. Alvarado, Eldorado, Golden Hills does not compare to this - like Balboa.

The only negative comment I have is my grey blanket was taken as well as my favorite pants to a pair of scrubs. Otherwise, my stay at Balboa was excellent.

There were flies in my room, not very pleasant when you're eating. (need flyswatters) Call lights not answered sometimes for 15 minutes. Halls are always noisy, talking loud, laughing. Just a friendly report.
