Dr. Nguyen and his staff always takes plenty of time to listen, diagnose & help assist in clarifying how and when to apply treatment, take medication, etc. He is kind & yet is strict and firm with her and engages her in participating in taking control of her own health. Also, they alwaus get ys in for an appointment even when unscheduled and there is minimal wait time and they greet her by name & remember her!
