Julie, I really enjoyed this. I struggle the most and want to work the most on goals that are hard to measure. I don't feel like the content talks much about or gave me much direction on those goals. So I wish there was more about that. Thank you.

You did wonderful! First group class? I would've never know if you didn't tell us! :)

One thing I would have loved to see and hear more are individual help. Simple walking around and commenting on what and how we were doing with the SMART goal. Overall great job! :)

I'm happy to go home with a PLAN! Sometimes workshops feel great but change very little once you get back to real life, so this is a great difference. Thank you! You're good at this.

I have been through many goal setting sessions and read many self-help books. I appreciate the breakdown of one "bite" at a time. Baby steps. It is always good to be reminded and re-motivated. I like the wheel graph.
