Most of the staff is friendly and professional. Whenever I have an encounter with Kathy E. my blood pressure is elevated due to her rudeness and lack of concern that I am a human being. A formal complaint was made several years ago. Latest unsettling encounter was on 8/8/2016.

Calling to make an appointment in the office is always a pain! I cannot get thought 90% of the time it's always the answering machine service.
